Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive (Construction) to coordinate daily site operations at client sites, install and dismantle equipment, and ensure projects run smoothly. This role requires close collaboration with the Department Manager and site teams.

You will liaise with clients and internal staff, monitor progress, and uphold safety procedures and ISO standards. A valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport are preferred to travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction site operations, including installation, maintenance and dismantling of equipment.
• Assist the Department Manager in supervising and coordinating teams of supervisors and workers.
• Coordinate manpower, logistics, equipment and operational arrangements to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, project personnel and internal teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures, company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
• Monitor work progress and assist in resolving operational issues on-site.
• Perform other operational and project-related duties as assigned.
