Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily construction site operations, including installation, maintenance and dismantling of equipment, and to liaise with clients and project teams.

Travel between client sites requires a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle; reading architectural drawings is a plus. Working hours are 5.5 days, Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm, Sat 8am-12.30pm, location Gul Drive client site.

Qualifications

• Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is required.
• Able to read and understand architectural/structural drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction site operations, including installation, maintenance and dismantling of equipment.
• Assist the Department Manager in supervising and coordinating teams of supervisors and workers.
• Coordinate manpower, logistics, equipment and operational arrangements to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, project personnel and internal teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures, company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
• Monitor work progress and assist in resolving operational issues on-site.
• Perform other operational and project-related duties as assigned.

• Salary: $3500 - $5000 + Transport Allowances
