Job summary

SAM LAIN Equipment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks three Site Engineers to oversee road construction, ground foundation works, and traffic diversion on major infrastructure projects. You will supervise day-to-day site activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with authorities and contractors.

The ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of local experience in road works and foundations, a Civil Engineering degree with PE Board registration, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of local site engineering experience in road and foundation works.
• Experience with water pipes and pipe laying is preferred.
• PE registration or eligible is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise road construction and ground foundation works.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality on site.
• Oversee traffic diversion plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Monitor progress and prepare project reports.
• Conduct inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Liaise with authorities and consultants to ensure regulatory adherence.
