Job summary

MANPOWER ACCESS PTE. LTD. is looking for a civil site supervisor to support the project manager with planning, monitoring and organizing activities on site.

You will plan day-to-day work programs, oversee progress and coordinate manpower and machinery to meet schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Singapore experience, a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, and PE Board registration or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Min 2–3 years' experience in Singapore.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE Board registration or eligibility preferred.
• Able to work in hot sun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in planning, monitoring & organizing the project.
• Plan day-to-day work programme & oversee project progress.
• Daily site arrangement for manpower & machineries.
• Liaise with subcontractors & ensure timely completion per quality specs.
• Evaluate & resolve discrepancies at site (technical matters).
• Manage, supervise & coordinate site works & workers.
• Supervise & ensure quality of works & compliance with safety & env regs.
• Ensure workers comply with safety requirements; willing to help when short of manpower.
