Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a Reports Project Manager to coordinate project planning, documentation and on-site execution in Singapore. The role includes supervising progress, mobilising manpower, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring submissions meet authority requirements.

Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering degree with RE registration in Singapore, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Recognized degree by PE board or BCA).
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore.
• Independent with good communication skill.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reports Project Manager.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
• Coordinate for all submission.
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
