Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Senior Construction/Project Manager to lead daily site operations, plan construction activities, and coordinate across structural, architectural and M&E scopes. You will ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence while managing multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience in international projects (e.g., Singapore, Middle East, Southeast Asia).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, construction planning and site coordination across structural, architectural and M&E scopes.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Identify, coordinate and resolve structural, architectural and M&E issues to maintain construction progress.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline and recovery of delayed areas.
• Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of project status.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Prepare project reports for the Client and internal audit / management review.
• Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project objectives.
