Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking a site coordination professional to support PPVC production and construction activities. You will liaise with RE/RTO/Subcons and internal teams for effective site work management, verify variation orders, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires familiarity with PPVC/DFMA approaches, BCA regulations, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. On-site work and site inspections are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil & Structural or Construction Management.
• Experience in high-rise construction preferred.
• Familiar with PPVC/DFMA and BCA regulations.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Involve in day to day site PPVC production and construction works
• Liaise and coordinate closely with external parties (RE/RTO/Subcons) and internal personnel for site work management
• Verify contractors' claims and variation orders
• Handling site inspection and regulations requirements
• Monitor site progress and quality control
• Update of bar bending schedule, monitoring of rebar usage and order
• Measurement and calculation of projects' concrete and rebar quantities
