Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. on-site construction supervisor role to assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager with daily activities, including materials ordering, logistics and work scheduling, while supervising crews in rebars, carpentry and formworks.

The position focuses on ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards, with an emphasis on supervision, planning and digital tool adoption to optimize workforce and material deployment in a fast-paced project environment in

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School Education / relevant Certificates
• minimum three (3) years experience in Construction Projects
• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be an added advantage
• Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
• Completed QM project and a registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and/or Construction Manager in all on-site construction works.
• Assist Construction Manager to prepare construction materials ordering, delivery of materials, logistics and work schedule,
• Supervise a group of workers in rebars, carpentry, formworks and safety supervisions
• Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against construction program
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the companys operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
• Ensuring foremen and workers meet regulatory work requirements.
• To check and ensure compliance with MOM/NEA and relevant authorities Requirements
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times.
• Adopt and develop digital tools to manage the workforce, productivity, materials and logistics deployment
