5G-Starlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA/QC Lead to head the QA/QC team on civil projects in Singapore.

You will supervise QA/QC staff and coordinate with Project Management to uphold quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and conducting in-process inspections, generating and closing inspection reports, and maintaining QA/QC records and authority documents. You will run internal training, participate in audits (ISO), attend meetings, support subcontractor quality, and build strong

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead QA/QC teams and coordinate with project management.
Experience with civil projects and quality management systems is preferred.
Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS / QM requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the QA/QC team including supervisors and workers.
Plan, conduct and monitor in-process quality inspections.
Prepare, issue and close quality inspection reports.
Maintain QA/QC records and authority documents.
Attend weekly project coordination meetings to raise quality issues.
Collaborate with project teams to monitor subcontractor quality.
Conduct in-house training on quality topics for project personnel and subcontractors.
Attend monthly department meetings and report on assigned projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and homeowners.
Assist internal auditors during audits and prepare internal audit reports.
Support ISO audits and contribute to corporate awards.
