Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Site Foreman (Architectural) to lead on-site construction activities in Singapore, review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work is executed to drawings, specifications and quality standards.

You will monitor progress, maintain safety and housekeeping, assist in manpower scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of materials while aligning with project schedules. Requires 3–5 years of Building/Civil experience and familiarity with drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of Building and/or Civil Engineering experience.
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.

Responsibilities

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
