Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Site Engineer to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements, ensuring all parties are updated on changes.

You will attend project/technical meetings, verify on-site work against drawings and authority requirements, and ensure non-conformities are rectified promptly. ISO documentation and safety collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structure Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, method statements and update all parties on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owners/consultants to keep progress moving.
• Verify work on site is in accordance with approved drawings/specifications/authority requirements and ensure rectification for non-conformities.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers ASAP to minimise delays to construction progress.
• Ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with the safety department and carry out duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Site Engineer

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
