Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Site Engineer based in Singapore. The role is a 5-day workweek, 8:30am–5:30pm, with occasional half-day Saturdays depending on the project.

You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, attend meetings, verify site works against drawings and ensure documents are ready for ISO audits, while supporting safety and project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structure Engineering.
• Strong coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
• Experience in reviewing drawings, method statements, and QA checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings/samples/method statements and keep all involved parties updated on changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to keep progress on track.
• Verify that work on site complies with approved drawings/specifications and authority requirements; ensure subcontractors perform rectifications for non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers ASAP to minimise delays in construction progress.
• Ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with the safety department and carry out duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Office at City Hall, future project
• Salary: $3800 to $5400

Job scopes

To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
