Job summary

CHAN RONG FEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for HDB BTO projects in Singapore. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and cost control while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.

You will organize inspections, supervise subcontractors, manage material logistics, and collaborate with consultants and clients to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate site inspections with RTO/RE to ensure compliance and project readiness.
• Supervise site activities, coordinating schedules, safety protocols, construction costs, and technical matters to maintain project standards.
• Brief workers and subcontractors on work methods to ensure clarity and adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors' daily operations to track progress and optimize performance toward project milestones.
• Prepare and manage material schedules, overseeing ordering and delivery to maintain workflow continuity.
• Verify subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and prevent cost discrepancies.
• Resolve technical issues collaboratively with consultants to maintain project quality and timelines.
• Establish and implement detailed work schedules, monitoring progress to meet project deadlines.
