Job summary

LBD Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities on a Singapore site.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to meet the project plan and schedule. Key responsibilities include interpreting architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, ensuring compliance with specs, QA/QC and safety standards, and maintaining thorough site documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of site experience in building or construction projects.
• Experience in HDB BTO / residential building projects will be highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, statutory requirements, QA/QC and WSH.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure works are carried out according to the approved schedule.
• Study and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality of completed works.
• Prepare and maintain site records, inspection requests, progress reports, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate site measurements and assist with quantity verification and progress claims where required.
• Monitor work progress and highlight delays, technical issues, and potential site constraints to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of works to minimise clashes and construction delays.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant parties.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager in achieving project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
