HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a site supervisor to oversee structural, architectural and M&E works on HDB residential projects in Singapore.

The role coordinates subcontractors, manpower and schedules, ensures precast/PPVC deliveries, reviews drawings and resolves site issues, while upholding QA/QC and safety standards.

Candidates should hold a civil engineering-related diploma or degree and have 2–5 years of HDB or main-contractor experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or building management.
• 2–5 years of relevant HDB/residential or main-contractor experience.
• Knowledge of HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise structural, architectural and M&E site works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Oversee precast/PPVC/PBU deliveries and erection.
• Review drawings, resolve site discrepancies, and follow RFIs.
• Liaise with HDB, consultants, QPs, RE/RTOs and subcontractors.
• Support QA/QC, CONQUAS inspections, material testing and mock-ups.
• Coordinate defect rectification, TOP/CSC inspections, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and site safety.
