Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is representing a renowned building and construction firm seeking a Site Engineer in Singapore. The role includes interpreting technical designs, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan, safety and environmental standards.

You will coordinate with PMs, QAQC and subcontractors to address site issues and maintain records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in building and construction projects.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical designs, provide technical advice, and assist in resolving construction issues while ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the QAQC team for inspections, maintain records of work and materials, and ensure quality performance meets customer requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to address site issues, discrepancies, and construction challenges.
• Cost and Contract Management: Track project variations, claims, and cost impacts while implementing cost control measures to meet budget requirements.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare site reports, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to contractual requirements, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, and implement best practices for future improvements.
