Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to support and oversee condo/residential/mixed-development projects in Singapore. You will plan, monitor, and drive site progress, coordinating with master schedules and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Civil or related fields and 1–3 years’ experience in main-contractor environments, focusing on quality control and timely site execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant building project experience in a main-contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work (Condo/Residential/Mixed-Development Projects).
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule.
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
