Job summary

TRUST-BUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervision and Coordination professional in Singapore to oversee day-to-day site operations on civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, mobilize manpower and materials, enforce design specifications, prepare monthly and weekly progress reports, attend site meetings, and conduct inspections to guarantee compliance with authority guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field recognized by PE Board.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience on civil engineering projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Experience on construction sites with high safety standards.

Responsibilities

Site Supervision and Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor works, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality control, and work schedules.

• Monitor and assess the daily progress of work on-site, identifying potential delays or issues, and implementing necessary corrective actions to keep the project on track.

• Ensure efficient mobilization of manpower, and coordinate the planning, ordering, and delivery of materials required for the project.

• Oversee and ensure the proper execution of project works according to design specifications, plans, and relevant regulations.

• Produce and prepare monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and any challenges.

• Compile weekly site progress reports and any necessary submissions, ensuring accurate updates on the project status.

• Attend site meetings and conduct regular inspections to assess work progress and ensure adherence to quality control requirements in line with authority guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board, or a qualification/degree in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of engineering experience

• Proven experience on projects of similar scale, nature, and complexity, particularly in Civil Engineering projects.

• Prior experience working on construction sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
