Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for a site engineer to oversee reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and precast works on HDB projects. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings and monitor progress on site.

The role requires reading construction drawings, knowledge of HDB requirements, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and QPs while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience in HDB construction projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Familiar with HDB requirements and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and precast works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Conduct site and quality inspections with RE/RTO.
• Coordinate subcontractor work sequencing.
• Monitor site productivity and progress.
• Resolve on-site technical issues.
• Prepare daily site reports.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and QPs.
• Check material deliveries and usage.
• Ensure workplace safety and health compliance.
