Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to supervise site works, review specifications and drawings, and ensure cost controls are maintained.

You will coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues, ensure on-time progress, safety compliance, and deliver QA/QC, progress, and handover reports. Degree in Civil Engineering with PEB recognition is required, with A1/A2 builder experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with PEB recognition.
• Experience in A1/A2 building companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications, clarifications, and drawings.
• Schedule works, requisition materials, control costs, and supervise projects.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely progress and compliance with safety and regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC and enforce safety on-site.
• Prepare progress and handover reports.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.
