Job summary

Bizhub Asia Pte Ltd invites a Site Coordinator with civil/structural background to oversee daily site activities, review drawings and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, consultants and clients, prepare reports, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil, structural or construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, engineering practices and project execution processes.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents accurately.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, quality management systems and workplace safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project documentation management.
• Able to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations to meet specifications, schedules, quality standards and safety rules.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, consultants, clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress for compliance with drawings, specs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including work schedules, method statements and reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and constraints.
• Attend site meetings and report on progress, risks and implementation matters.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality and company policies.
• Assist in planning, resource allocation, cost control and coordination tasks.
