Job summary

KIAN KA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to assist the Senior Project Manager in executing projects and managing day-to-day activities. You will monitor progress against the schedule, coordinate with clients and site teams to ensure works meet specifications, and participate in site inspections.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of Singapore construction experience, with strong English, MS Office and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction.
• Proficient in English, MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist SPM/PM in execution and day-to-day activities.
• Monitor work progress relative to project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients and site team to ensure works meet specifications and drawings.
• Conduct and attend site inspections.
• Assist in material requisition and timely delivery.
• Prepare progress details, estimations and reports.
• Review drawings and prepare quantity requirements (e.g., BBS).
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Base at different sites.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.
