Work with the project manager to develop contingency plans for unforeseen issues such as inclement weather, labour shortages, or material delays. Report and document any incidents, accidents, or near-misses on site to the Safety Team.
Collaborate with cross-departments and the project team to ensure all necessary permits, certifications, equipment licences, and work entry permits are obtained before starting work. Ensure that all on-site activities meet industry standards and coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications at different stages of the project, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
