Job summary

csc enterprise (s'pore) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced individual to assist in site supervision, project coordination, and management of architectural documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and have at least 5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities include assisting the project manager during meetings, managing document submissions, and ensuring construction progress aligns with project schedules. A strong problem solver and good team player is essential for this role.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently
• Good team player and willing to contribute
