Job summary

ZAYAN BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily activities on the construction site in Singapore. You will report to the Construction Manager and assist the Project Manager with on-site management, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth operations.

You will lead up to 25 person site teams, maintain daily reports, plan work and ensure safety compliance and proper documentation. This role requires proactive coordination in meetings and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Construction Manager
• Assist Project Manager on day-to-day site management
• Lead site teams (up to 25 persons)
• Supervise site, establish daily reporting, plan and schedule activities, coordinate subcontractors
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties
• Ensure site safety and compliance with authorities' requirements
• Ensure site documents are in good order
• Supervise site and coordinate with subcontractors, develop procedures, handling engineering calculations, drawings and specs
• Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity targets
• Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and manage List of Materials (LOM) to monitor progress
• Disseminate technical specifications to the superintendent and supervisor
• Involved in all site meetings

11. 11.To main and disseminate technical specifications to the superintendent and supervisor.
