Job summary

M/S MANAGEMENT & CONTRACTS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, including Data Centre work. You will review drawings, draft methods statements, plan resources, and coordinate approvals to keep projects on schedule.

You will also prepare risk assessments and ITP/JHA documents, monitor progress, and ensure quality against specs. Strong communication and independence are required for this full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure project experience.
• Experience on Data Centre projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and job specifications for construction works.
• Draft methods statements and obtain supervisor approvals.
• Plan and order equipment and materials for tasks.
• Coordinate approvals from government agencies to minimise delays.
• Prepare ITP, JHA and risk assessments with supervisor input.
• Monitor progress against milestones and adjust resource allocation.
• Ensure workmanship and quality meet drawings and ITP requirements.
• Provide inputs to minimize wastage and optimize costs.

Job Descriptions

• Understand the drawings and job specifications for Constructions works.
• Draft methods statements on the assigned tasks and seek approval from Supervisor.
• Plan and order for equipment and materials required on the tasks.
• Seek approvals from the respective government agencies (as and when required) on time to minimise delays.
• Prepare the ITP (inspection and test plan) documents, job hazard analysis (JHA) and risk assessment report for the assigned tasks in consultation with Supervisor.
• Monitor progress against the program milestones for on-time completion.
• Monitor production rate and provide feedback to Supervisor on resource allocation.
• Check workmanship, quality against specifications in drawings and ITP requirements.
• Perform other quality tests as required.
• Provide inputs to Supervisor to minimize wastage and optimize material / labour costs.
• Allocate costs under the correct code.
• Salary Range: $6500

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Has at least 3-5 years of working experience with Infrastructure projects.
• Has previously worked on Data Centre projects.
• Possess good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
