Job summary

KM Construction Co. (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site planning professional to assist in sequencing construction activities within master programmes. You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, review drawings for coordination, and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety on every project.

The role requires strong communication, leadership of the site team, and familiarity with BCA/LTA/MOM regulations across project types. A 6-day work week is standard in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Familiar with BCA, LTA, or MOM regulations depending on project type.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence construction work to master programmes.
• Liaise with customer's site representatives and subcontractors/suppliers.
• Check construction drawings for trades coordination on site.
• Conduct inspections and checking on works.
• Ensure all operations are carried out safely and coordinate handover of completed works to customer.

• Adequate knowledge in site work planning and execution. (logistics, materials, and manpower)
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction work to the master programmes.
• Liaise with customer's site representatives and subcontractors/suppliers.
• Check construction drawings for trades coordination on site.
• Conduct inspections and checking on works.
• Ensure that all operations are carried out safely. Co-ordinate the handling over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Familiar with relevant authority requirement.
• 6 Days Work Week

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• Familiar with BCA, LTA, or MOM regulations (depending on project type)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a site team
