Job summary

LIDE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site professional to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities across multiple sites in Singapore. The role requires effective communication, disciplined execution, and the ability to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Building Construction and demonstrates a proactive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building construction is required.
• Experience in Civil Engineering related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor work schedule for all sites.
• Source suppliers/sub-contractors for smooth site operations; able to resolve technical difficulties on site.
• Assist the Project Manager in daily coordination, planning and execution at site.
• Liaise with relevant parties involved in the project work.
• Prepare site program charts for management review.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedule for all necessary sites.
• Ability to source for suppliers / sub-cons for smooth operation on site Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problem may arise on site
• Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.
• Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.
• Prepare site program chart for management review regularly
• Other related duties assign by company from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience in Building construction
• Experienced in Civil Engineering related field is added advantage
• Possess good communication skill for effective follow-up and attention to details
• Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner display maturity and able to handle stress
• Willingness to learn and progress
