Global Switch is seeking a Site Engineer to maintain and support the technical integrity of its data centre infrastructure in Singapore. The role focuses on maintenance-led responsibilities to ensure engineering systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards.

As Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the technical integrity of our data centre infrastructure. You will work closely with site‑based operations teams, contractors, and external service providers to uphold engineering standards and ensure consistent delivery across the campus. This role is suited to a hands‑on engineering professional who brings practical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to infrastructure maintenance. You will be instrumental in supporting the day‑to‑day resilience of our data centre operations and enabling long‑term infrastructure excellence.

With a strong foundation in mechanical or electrical systems, you thrive in mission‑critical environments where reliability, safety, and compliance are paramount. You take pride in keeping complex engineering systems operating at peak performance, applying a methodical approach to maintenance, fault identification, risk management, and continuous improvement.
You’re comfortable working collaboratively with operations teams, contractors, consultants, and technical specialists, providing practical engineering expertise that supports both day‑to‑day maintenance activities and longer‑term infrastructure projects. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, you understand the importance of accurate documentation, governance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring engineering standards are consistently upheld.
