Job summary

FU SHUN DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Construction Site Supervisor to ensure plans, drawings and quantities are accurate; oversee materials, safety, and quality on site; and coordinate with contractors and the workforce to meet deadlines.

You will plan work, organize site facilities, monitor labour, and prepare reports such as VO as required. Candidates should have relevant construction qualifications, at least 1 year of experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin to engage

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in building construction.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willingness to learn and commit to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring materials used and work performed meet specifications.
• Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce on the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring site labour.
• Planning the work and organizing plant and site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health & safety on site.
• Preparing variation orders (VO) and other reports as required.
• Any other task assigned.
