Job summary

LIMCS BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to support planning and coordination of project activities in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, authorities and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with engineering standards.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning planning, scheduling, and project administration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Project Manager and Senior Project Executive in planning and controlling all project-based assignments.
• Coordinate all activities on assigned projects to ensure successful completion and execution.
• Liaise with internal parties within the company to implement projects.
• Liaise with client's representatives, relevant authorities and consultants.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants.
• Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets and coordination to ensure proper engineering deliverables and compliance to engineering standards.
• Assist in all project management and coordination activities delegated by project manager; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project proposals and production coordination.
• Assists in all project administration where required.
