Job summary

NINER CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. invites a capable Site Coordinator/Engineer to join our team on construction sites in Singapore. You will oversee site activities, ensure adherence to drawings and specs, and coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers.

With 3+ years of experience in building projects and strong communication, you will plan schedules, attend meetings, and maintain site records. We value proactive individuals who work well under pressure and can operate independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in civil engineering or construction-related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction site activities.
• Liaise with RE/RTO, subcontractors, consultants and supplies.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections for quality workmanship and compliance.
• Assist planning of work schedules and sequencing of site activities.
• Attend site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up site issues.
• Maintain daily reports, drawings and site records.
• Coordinate with Head Office for site progress claims, site material and etc.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• -Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• -Minimum3 years of experience in construction site coordinator / engineer with building main contractor.
• - Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2–3 years of local Singapore site experience as a Site Engineer.
• -Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• -Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• -Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
