Job summary

TRADECRAFT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Plumbing & Sanitary installation lead to manage construction projects in Singapore. You will direct the Plumbing team, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

You will produce detailed construction drawings with AutoCAD and Revit, oversee BIM MEP execution, and maintain accurate documentation and BEP compliance for project success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Plumbing & Sanitary installation teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for construction drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM MEP workflows and BEP documentation.

Job Summary

Lead and manage the Plumbing & Sanitary installation team to deliver construction projects. Resolve engineering issues, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare progress claims, and produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Manage BIM MEP execution to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the Plumbing & Sanitary installation team to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Resolve engineering issues by analyzing problems and implementing effective solutions for clients
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractors, consultants, and authorities to align project objectives
• Prepare and submit progress claims accurately to main contractors and clients to support project cash flow
• Develop and prepare construction shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawing using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Maintain and organize drawing reports and records to ensure project documentation accuracy and accessibility
• Manage BIM MEP processes by implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to fulfill client requirements and project standards
