Job summary

YEW CHEW CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a CAD draftsman to work closely with the technical team to translate customers' requirements into detailed drawings for plumbing and sanitary projects.

You will ensure drawings comply with relevant codes and update drawings as changes occur, while maintaining strict document control. On-site measurements may be required, and you will handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Construction/ Plumbing & Sanitary industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customers' requirements into detailed drawings with the technical team.
• Ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.
• Rectify and update drawings as changes occur.
• Maintain document control with up-to-date drafting lists; on-site measurements if required.
