Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Bendemeer, Singapore is seeking a full-time Site Operations Coordinator to manage construction/interior design projects. The role focuses on daily site operations, quality control and strict scheduling to meet client requirements.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers, designers, workers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, monitor risks, prepare progress updates, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversea the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
• Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Working days & time: 5days , Mon - Fri, 10am – 6:30pm

• Location: Bendemeer | Client Site

• Salary: $3000 - $4000 + Transport allowances

Job Scopes:
