The role involves QA/QC documentation, site coordination, and weekly progress reporting to clients. Responsibilities include project planning, materials forecasting, and procurement, ensuring drawings conform to specifications. You will collaborate with the project team to execute structural works and perform office administration

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in CAD MATIC and ability to prepare engineering drawings.
• Experience with QA/QC documentation and site reporting.
• Familiar with material take-off (MTO) and dimensional reporting.
• Coordinate revisions with clients and align with drawings and specs.
• Assist project planning, procurement forecasting, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

Have a good knowledge in CAD MATIC.

Preparing Engineering Drawings and steel weight checking.

QA / QC Document controller.

Have a good knowledge in M.S OFFICE.

Preparing Dimensional Reports

• Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.
• Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in actual Construction and Submit weekly site works progress report to the client.
• Project Planning.
• Materials and Resources Forecasting and Procurement process.
• Execution of the Entire Building’s Structures and Finishes with Project Team for smoothing the work progress.
