Job summary

Yong He Fu Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled architectural drafting coordinator to support project teams in Singapore. You will coordinate drawings, revise plans, and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

Responsibilities include producing detailed construction drawings, attending site meetings, and updating documentation based on site changes and consultant feedback.

• Prepare, develop, and revise drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction drawings from design requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and building regulations.
• Coordinate details with structural, M&E, and other technical drawings to resolve discrepancies.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Assist in preparing drawings for authority submissions and approvals.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with project teams as required.
• Liaise with site personnel and contractors to clarify drawing details and resolve issues.
• Update drawings according to site conditions and consultants' comments.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and project documentation.
• Assist architects and project teams with drafting, design development, and coordination.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on completed site works.
• Monitor submission schedules and follow up on outstanding comments.
