Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of site coordination experience (flooring or finishes is a plus).
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; valid driving licence is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day site work with supervisors and crews: schedules, manpower and material deliveries.
• Track project progress against programme and flag delays or issues to the Project Manager early.
• Prepare and maintain project documents.
• Support progress claims and handover packages.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and clients on site matters.
• Raise material requests and check deliveries against project needs.
• Deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
