Job summary

ELITEZ SITE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. seeks a Diploma/ITE-qualified professional to oversee site works on HDB projects. The role involves supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate with contractors and consultants, report progress, and highlight discrepancies to ensure project quality and timely completion. The position follows a typical 44-hour workweek, 5.5 days, with no shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in the supervision of building works at construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist RTO/client in the site supervision / construction works (HDB BTO).
• Ensure that all installation methods and materials used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants.
