Job summary

Standard Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a site supervisor to assist the Project Manager with daily on-site activities, including manpower deployment and material logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, supervising multiple trades (structural, architectural, building, M&E), ensuring quality, and rectifying defects.

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant trade and at least 2 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.
• Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues
• Responsible for all trades of works on-sites, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc
• Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.
• Ensure work done complies with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
• Check and supervise direct labour / workers
