Job summary

JW BUILDER&TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee waterproofing works and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications. The role requires coordinating with team members, customers, and contractors, attending site meetings, and maintaining comprehensive on-site documentation for reporting to the Senior Manager.

The ideal candidate will monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and provide practical on-site solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision and coordination on construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workers and ensure instructions are carried out properly.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Monitor and track site work progress to ensure waterproofing is carried out with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate among team members, customers, and contractors to ensure works follow approved drawings/specifications.
• Provide on-site solutions during supervision activities.

Job description

Scheduling the workersand ensuring instructions are carried out properly

Attend site meetings.

Monitorand keep track of site work progress to ensure that the waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager

Coordinate and communicate among team members, customers, and contractors toensure that all works are carried out according to the approveddrawing/specification
