Job summary

ANDA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. presently seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee RC workers and supervise rebar, formwork, and concreting works on site to assure quality, safety, schedule adherence, and budget control.

You will coordinate with the main contractor and participate in site inspections. The role requires hands-on leadership, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to manage daily activities to keep progress on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising RC workers and construction crews.
• Strong knowledge of rebar, formwork, and concreting processes.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and site discipline.
