Job summary

LEE KAR CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support our MRT construction projects in Singapore. You will study project schedules, plan daily site works, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep activities on track.

The role requires at least 3 years on RC construction sites, familiarity with MRT scale projects, and strong knowledge of statutory codes. You will monitor quality, safety, and progress, reporting issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience on construction sites, especially RC works.
• Experience with medium/large MRT projects is preferred.
• Conversant with statutory codes and requirements relevant to construction works.

Responsibilities

• Study project schedules and plan site works on a daily basis.
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and on target for completion.
• Implement carpentry works and inspections.
• Report any defects or non-compliances to the Project Manager.
