Job summary

Mi2-Group is seeking a construction site supervisor to lead planning, supervision, and monitoring of our office and retail projects in Singapore. You will ensure timely progress while upholding safety standards and coordinating manpower deployment.

The role requires strong drawing interpretation, effective stakeholder communication, and weekend availability to meet project demands. You will report to the Project Manager and drive on-site resolutions to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in office and retail construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings to guide site activities accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Availability to work on weekends as required to meet project demands.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at project sites to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
• Develop and implement manpower deployment plans to optimize site workforce efficiency.
• Ensure all site works comply with established safety procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide regular, clear updates on site progress and key milestones to the project team for informed decision-making.
• Manage on-site issues by troubleshooting technical problems and delivering effective resolutions to minimize delays.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support overall project objectives.
