Job summary

SINOCON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities on Singapore sites. You will coordinate on-site work, supervise workers and sub-contractors, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a BCSS certificate, a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building/Civil Engineering, and at least five years of site supervision experience, with strong reporting and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate.
• Proven ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading and managing a team of workers and sub-contractors on site.
• Familiar with WSH regulations and site safety requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office for daily reports and progress tracking.
• Self-driven, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and progress on site independently
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to carry out on-site works
• Resolve technical and site issues during construction
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Monitor works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes of practice and scope of work
• Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
