Job summary

Hua Leong Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable project coordination professional to assist the Project Director and Project Manager in planning, scheduling and controlling a multi-discipline project on-site in Singapore.

The role includes reviewing project management plans, monitoring cost and procurement, and ensuring quality and safety during execution. You will participate in technical meetings with consultants, clients and authorities, track RFI/architectural instructions, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Autocad and/or BIM software will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist, manage and review the Project Management Plan to monitor progress, cost, quality and safety.
• Assist PM in conceptualizing and executing project schedule, cost, procurement and quality management.
• Produce reports to monitor progress and identify critical path.
• Coordinate with consultants and client representatives in technical meetings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule progress.
