Job summary

Hua Leong Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an on-site professional to interpret construction drawings and plan works across Structural, Architectural and M&E disciplines. You will coordinate from commencement to completion, ensuring efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials on site, while liaising with suppliers for project needs.

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry and a hands-on approach to scheduling and recording progress on site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings (Structural / Architectural / M&E).
• Schedule Structural / Architectural / M&E works from commencement to completion of the project.
• Liaise with suppliers on the products, equipment or materials required for the projects.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials on site.
• Plan, schedule and keep records of materials used and the progress of jobs done on site.
