Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead day-to-day construction activities, coordinate teams, and manage resources across building materials and metal fabrication projects.

You will liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, monitor progress, control costs, and ensure safety and quality standards while documenting changes and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Experience in Construction, Building Materials, Metal Fabrication, Roofing or Facade industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, site supervisors, workers, materials and equipment.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and resources to ensure projects progress smoothly and on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
