Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable M&E Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site ACMV/M&E works under the Project Manager, review drawings, coordinate daily progress, and manage resources to meet timelines.

You will lead safety and quality compliance, attend progress meetings, and liaise with consultants. Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and prior LTA infrastructure project experience are required; strong leadership and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in LTA infrastructure projects with ACMV/M&E systems.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all M&E construction activities on-site under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor daily site progress, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Attend project meetings, prepare progress reports, and update management on project status.
• Manage project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise materials, tools, and equipment delivery, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings with consultants before work execution.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct on-site/off-site inspections prior to handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.
