Job summary

HAI XIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and delivering construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and quality workmanship.

You will oversee site operations, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, supervise day-to-day site activities, and provide coaching to new staff to maintain safety and efficiency on site.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
• Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions.
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site.
• Supervise the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.
• Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers shift work and weekend duty is required.
• Provide practical coaching and training for new workers.
